Turkey Day

The turkey is roasting (with Oliver's help), pie is baked (with Oliver's help), and the remaining food is next on our list to do.  It is a dreary day here, but cozy, bright and warm inside, with good food and each other.  Hope your day is wonderful, and you take some time to be thankful for the special things, sometimes the little things, that make our lives blessed.

Happy Thanksgiving, Diane. I hope you had as warm and wonderful day as I had here in N WI with my relatives at my table. Thanks for all you do to inspire me and so many others to continuously improve our quilting.

Awwwww, that picture of Oliver is so sweet! And it's nice that he was so helpful with the dinner preparations lol. Sassy and Echo are very helpful too :-).

Hope you had a lovely holiday. Loved the photo of Oliver. I did not have to worry about cleanup after the big dinner with 5 grandkids. Our lovable Toby made sure the floor was licked clean.

Thanks everyone! We had a lovely day, Oliver's first Thanksgiving with us. He helped all day, and finally had his first "people" food with the juice left on the turkey platter. It energized him! He raced and played, but slept in this morning. Back to cat food only for him.

Today we are going to sew. He likes that a lot too.

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Sometimes dreary days are the best when you are busy inside the house. What a great picture!

We had a quiet, cozy Thanksgiving as well. Diane, I am still most thankful for your three day class in Paducah. It was wonderful.
